We are currently performing an Office Assistant/Customer Service Temp to Hire search for a company located in the Elmhurst, IL area.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Customer Service
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate Range: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour on a temporary basis; position would transition perm to a higher hourly rate.
- Responsible for ensuring customer calls are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Interact with customers, coordinate service scheduling,
- Enter job order information in a database and accounting software.
- Determine needs, prepare quotations and schedule customer jobs.
- Enter technician costs, pricing and invoices into accounting software
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude and professional phone skills
- Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple responsibilities while not losing track of the details needed for customer care
- Must have an ability to problem solve in critical situations, be organized and work well with both the customer and RES personnel
- Experience working with MS Word, Excel, and accounting software (a plus)
