Position Summary
The person in this role will work on our Human Resources team and be responsible for identifying and attracting exceptional talent to join our company. This person will partner with and support a wide array of disciplines within the company including sales, customer service, operations and IT. This person will be a support to the Head of Talent with the recruiting process. 

Job Responsibilities
•     Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet hiring targets
•     Source, screen, and select experienced candidates
•     Partner with discipline leads to develop position descriptions and recruitment collateral
•     Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
•     Develop and execute an engagement and contact strategy for recruiting passive candidates
•     Manage all logistics surrounding the interview process
•     Lead candidate evaluation discussions post interviews
•     Coordinate offer extension
•     Track recruitment metrics for each position

1.     Bachelor’ s degree preferred
2.     1-3 years of experience in corporate recruiting; experience recruiting sales professionals is highly desired
