Essential Job Functions:
  • Process payments from customers for the auto warranties they purchase, handle large volume of inbound calls to identify and resolve caller needs.
  • Maintain accurate and useful database records.

Required Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-3 years of customer service, call center, or insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 60 hours of college credit preferred.
  • Call center experience or insurance industry experience preferred.
