Smart Resources/Accountable Search has joined with a software company in search of a Temporary Phone Support Administrative Assistant.  
We are working with a growing software company in the Woodridge, IL area. This role is to cover a maternity leave, and is expected to go 3-4 months. The hours for this role are flexible, 7: 45 am to 4: 45 pm or 8 am to 5 pm. Compensation is starting at $15/hr for entry level and can go up to $17/hr dependent on combination of experience and education. This is considered an entry level role.  Casual environment - can wear jeans! 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Take inbound calls from clients, ask troubleshooting questions, and transfer to a technician

  • Accurate data entry

  • Administrative tasks like mailings and office management/maintenance tasks

  • Lockbox processing

  • Assist accounting with data entry and filing

  Experience Requirements:   

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service or phone support admin role

  • HS Diploma or GED required

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:   

  • Organized, great multi-tasker

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite

  • Works well on a team
