Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Our client is seeking an experienced and professional bilingual (Spanish /English) customer service representative who will maintain excellent relationships through telephone and web-based interactions. This individual will provide service support to consumers and businesses by explaining billing account status information.
Hours: 8: 30 am - 5: 00 pm

- Communicate with customers using a friendly demeanor and helpful attitude, exhibiting a sense of urgency and commitment to one-call resolution
- Handle inquiries from clients/customers including calls, email, written correspondence, etc. This may include a high volume of calls.
- Serve as liaison between client/customer and other areas of organization and seek to resolve inquiry the first time and follow through to resolution
- Maintain proper record keeping of all contacts - correspondence, email, calls, etc.
- Make necessary adjustments to accounts and maintain proper financial account integrity
- Maintain compliance with company and program procedures
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficient data entry and typing skills exceeding 45 wpm
- Proven commitment to customer service and customer conflict resolution
