The main responsibility will be recruiting staff by sourcing resumes, conducting phone screens, and interviewing. Additionally, the HR Specialist will lead trainings for new hires and current staff, be responsible for onboarding and offboarding, assist with payroll, maintain company calendar, and handle any disciplinary issues.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, especially on Excel and all Google apps, have high-volume recruiting experience, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
